ULTRASense™ H humidity sensing fans and fan/lights have the capability to detect not only a pre-set humidity level, but a rapid rise in humidity thus allowing them to react more quickly, so that you can enjoy a humidity-free bathroom more quickly. In the multi-speed configuration, they will automatically raise the fan speed from the continuous, lower level used to meet today's codes to the maximum level to remove shower steam as quickly as possible. They will then automatically revert back to the continuous level when the job is done. Single speed models will simply turn on when humidity is sensed.

ULTRASense™ M motion sensing fans and fan/lights are available with multi-speed capability. Upon entering the room, they will automatically turn the fan speed up from the lower continuous level to maximum CFM ensuring quick removal of steam and odors. ULTRASense™ M fans are ideal for homeowners who want to automatically remove both humidity and odors very quickly. They also come with an adjustable delay-off timer.
